Dear Teresa, Thanks for the info. It certainly sounds different there regarding Apprenticeships. Over here most apprentices are indentured to one specific employer as in the old days! Group apprenticeships are available, but are generally run by a training organisation. Four years is the most common period for the term of the apprenticeship, but that can be reduced if the apprentice has prior experience in the industry. That is assessed by an independent assessor!
