Cheers Peter. Do you know Michael Keil? He has been helping us with the Danish union data. Vis "yellow unions", this is just a directory. People will still need to contact them. We have listings for all manner of unions which are controversial, including such gems as Egypts ETUF and the Lao and Libyan unions. That said, this is an issue that we would consider if we had any serious resources to put into developing the directory. It would be great to have this kind of debate visible. One for the future.

Peter

OK, I think you have everything substantial I have written about the WFTU.

I should let you know that I will be not a million km from Aarhus, April 16-May 15, in Goteborg. There are a couple of good social movement academics there from whom I have an invite (my Peruvian companyera, Gina Vargas, has likewise an invite from some Latinamericanistas there).

Not quite sure of my obligations during that month. Just maybe we could meet up?

Peter: Were these just short items or an extract from my unpublished autobio? This relates to the WFTU, 1966-9, thus including the Prague Spring and Soviet Invasion. Possibly more of interest to labour historians...
