Planning Committee turn down Free School application for a second time.

Bedford Borough Council Planning Committee turned down a second planning application from the proposed Free School in Bedford.

The school was due to open at the beginning of September. Despite the planning application being turned down a second time a govenor, writing on the Free School website, claims the school will open as planned.
