Write to european parlement against austerity

Hello,

 

Here is a link to a webpage inviting to mass-mailing to members of the European Parlement. It's time to put pressure to escape the path of austerity, cut in social programs and other pressur against wages in Europe. Feel free to participate and inform other people about this action.

Sisters and Brothers around the world;

 

I wanted to take a moment to let you know what is happeneing in our little corner of labour. The union has been in negotiations with Canada Post since October 2010. The corporation came to the bargaining table with a fountain of roll backs including the elimination of sick time, a right we won in the sixties and the introduction of a two tier contract placing new hires into lower wages and fewer benefits.
