Two books that have whole sections on India as well as Colombia and other issues are Mark Thomas's "Belching Out the Devil" and just out last week, Michael Blanding's "The Coke Machine."
I don't know if you've seen Mark Thomas's film, "Mark Thomas on Coca-Cola" which was on the BBC during prime time a few years ago. It's at:
