Saving A Small, Local Business: A Brief Case Study

A couple weeks ago I got word that a local business was to close on August 1, 2011 due to pressure from the state Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) over the business not being able to meet a 70/30 percent food to alcohol sales ratio.  This business has been trying hard to meet this guideline but has fell short and was going to close.
