On 13 April 2012 between SPS-PT.TEL and management of TANGKAS Security has struck a deal that includes the company's obligation to employees. Collective Agreement has been filed in the Court of Industrial Relations 1A Class Lodging in South Sumatra Province. But in the performance of its obligations the company has reneged TANGKAS Security content of collective agreements that have been agreed upon and signed by both parties.
