Hello Unionbook Friends! I'm Justin and I am the creator of the Internet Grievance System. You can view the IGS in all its glory at http://www.griev.com.
Over 200,000 union members grievances are tracked by IGS technology and we have been in business with the IGS since March 1998! Needless to say, we were the first web-based grievance tracking software around.
AS FOR ME
In addition to running IGS, I teach Economics at Roane State Community College. I also teach Organizational Development and Conflict Resolution at Tennessee Technological University. I have been married to my lovely wife, Misty, for 12 years and as of right now we have no children. My sisters (I have 4) have plenty of kids, so when we need a fix; we just borrow one. :)

I am unusually loaded down today (year-end financial) but I'll get back to you shortly.
