On behalf of the Portuguese workers we represent, the CGTP-IN extends its full and committed solidarity with the general strike you are promoting today, 7 February 2012, in protest against new and brutal austerity measures of your government, and of the foreign troika, among which 20-30% cuts in salaries in the private sector, dismissals for thousands of public employees and a violent attack on collective bargaining…
