Corporate construction giant Grocon headed by Grollo launched an anti-union attack on Australian union CFMEU. The issues include the right to wear a union logo, the right for union members to have union organisers' right of entry, the right of the union to appoint OHS delegates and the right to strike. I reproduce some reports in support of the CFMEU, the Construction union. The State last week brought in thousands of police but construction workers have beaten them back - so far. I reproduce some reports in support of the CFMEU, the Construction union. The State last week brought in thousands of police but construction workers have beaten them back - so far. Daniel Grollo and his inherited $800 million Grocon is pursuing an agressive anti-union stance. The dispute continues.
