Hi Brian.  I couldn't agree more that face to face grieving has its place and should always.  My IGS software is a tool specifically designed to keep track of all those meetings, documents and grievance steps.  So many grievances are lost or misfiled which ultimately has a negative impact on the member trying to equitably grieve a case.  Our system is designed to combat that loss of data and time.  Take care my friend and as a fellow musician, I'd like to listen to some of your music.

Well, Brian Ross, you have the hat and I have the lacy background. I should have another go and changing this for something more, more, more...or something less, less, less...umm...lacy? The lacy background comes from a nostalgic visit to Russia, invited by friends from my international Communist days at a Moscow World Youth Festival, 1957. I discovered, inevitably, that nostalgia is not what it used to be. And that my friends had changed less, after a half century than I had. So what's the hat story?

I may or may not be red not...
But I refuse to accept the "inevitable."
We make the change we hope for when we
secure the peace, learn, grow, build, create,
reconcile, revitalize, invent, displace, disturb,
shake up, awaken, electrify, excite, and inspire...
...After morning coffee, who can guess what might
be possible?! (freedom, justice, entropy, epiphany,
a blossoming joy.) Then we can think about desert.

Dunno where to put this self-description from Unionbook 1; but:
Red-hot.
Sh*t-disturber.
Militant.
