Hi Brian,
I am going to teach English and learn Spanish in El Salvador, at a social justice center. I leave this coming Wednesday and will be gone until the end of january. That should be enough time for me to acquire a second language and I hope that when I come back I will be fluent in Spanish. I am staying with a Salvadorean family while there so that should help. I am really excited about it.
I am not sure about the president in Victoria. The newer one had to quit, for health reasons, and they are in the process still of getting a replacement I think.
