Hi, Bandula,

Actually, the book is more about India than Sri Lanka, but I think it is very relevant for Sri Lanka too. The formation of independent trade unions is crucially important, and I'm glad that it is progressing in Sri Lanka. I have an article about women workers in free trade zones in Sri Lanka in the upcoming issue of our magazine, which is called dissenting dialogues. I am from Sri Lanka too!
