Description:
Looking for facilitate discussion and share information, ideas and resources amongst unions in an effort to promote reasonable employer drug and alcohol or fit for work policies that do not infringe on a person's right to privacy or personal life.
As a union (and an individual), we believe in a safe work environment (as do I), but not to such a degree company created policy dictate someone's personal life.
Looking for ideas, suggestions, stories, information, etc from those out there who are in a similiar situation when looking out for the interests of their members.
