For all rank and file workers, local reps and shop stewards, whether public or private sector, to communicate and look at ways of building a strong rank and file movement in the UK.
Following the biggest show of public sector strength for years on November 30th, a number of public sector union bureaucrats are already getting ready to sell us out. Recent unofficial actions by striking electricians, however, are showing the way forward for the rest of us. It's vital that we follow their example and build a wide rank and file movement capable of taking the initiative and controlling all industrial action from below rather than passively accepting the treachery of leaders.
