General Strike in North America on May 1st?
This is a link to a pdf of the General Strike flier released by Denver/Boulder IWW GMB for May 1st in English and Spanish. Any thoughts on this? Are there resources for this action continent-wide? We have a couple of months and I think we can do it in that amount of time, building upon the rise of workers in defense of collective bargaining rights a la Wisconsin etc. and the Occupy movement. What do folks on unionbook think? Share your thoughts, please. :)
