Labour Documentary: Licenziata!

This brief trailer is an excerpt from the documentary Licenziata! (Fired!) shot following the struggle of the Italian socks firm OMSA (another label is Golden Lady). 350 workers (most of them women) were fired after the property decided to delocalize in Serbia one of the three italian factories. The decision came to increase net incomes by swapping to cheaper working force. After 50 days of more traditional struggle (picketing of the factory, to avoid machinery being brought away) OMSA women and men decided to take it to the streets and stage up a travelling show in the streets of italian cities to let people know what's going on.

Unfortunately this documentary is in Italian only.
