Event Description
The International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) Local 505 was first granted a union charter on October 14, 1910 as Local 38-4. To mark this historic event the fallowing events are taking place in this Northern City.
Sunday Morning- Fishing derby-Tours of the City, Docks & meet Local 505 members
Sunday evening- Dinner dance
Monday, Labour Day- March through town to Mariners Park & Picnic
Tuesday 09:00 am- ILWU Canada Executive Board
Wednesday 09:00 am Longshore Contract Executive Board
